Shipments and returns
Packing Time
Packages are generally dispatched within 24-48Hrs after receipt of payment and are shipped via the courier chosen during checkout. Some items require a longer lead time as stated on the product page.
Insurance
We do not currently offer insurance on our parcels, if you require this please call us prior to dispatch.
Parcels do not usually go missing, but there is always a possibility.
Please note that this is part of our disclaimer that we cannot be held liable for lost parcels.
Damage
We unfortunately cannot be held responsible for the negligence of our carriers/ couriers you have chosen.
We do however at no cost to you bubble and paper wrap all products of your order to keep them safe.
Wrongly ordered items and returns
We accept returns but they will be subject to inspection and they must be in a new and unused state to be able to be resold.
No Returns on Electronic Components
Purchases
You are responsible for reading the full product listing before purchasing a product. By confirming your purchase, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, shipping costs and other amounts associated with your purchase. Further, to the extent applicable, you acknowledge that you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, we have no control over these charges. When you place an order and the order is being shipped to you, the title for product pass to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier. You agree that, where applicable, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. We will not be liable if a product is delayed or denied customs clearance as a result of your failure to pay such amounts.
